Termbase search in Multiterm 2019 does not work

Question

Hello, 
 I am using Multiterm 2019 (15.0.6.56482) and Trados Studio 2019 SR2 (15.2.6.2831), both updated to the latest build. 
 In Multiterm , I am unable to use termbase search with any termbase. If I enter a word in the 'Search' field and click on the binoculars, nothing happens. The same applies to the 'Advanced search'. 
 What I tried so far: - I reinstalled both Multiterm and Studio (files from the SDL download center). 
 - I reorganized my termbases. 
 None of the above helped. 
 Can someone help me understand what's happening here? Thanks in advance.

 I see you've tried reinstalling. It would be worth trying running a repair of MultiTerm: 
 
 Repairing your installation of SDL MultiTerm Desktop 
 
 Instructions for resetting MultiTerm are also in the above link. 
 
 If this does not help, as you have already tried reinstalling, you can get free help from SDL Installation Support with installation issues that are preventing you from working properly. Fill in the form here:

installation and licensing help 
 
 Select 'Installation' from the 'Case type' dropdown and tell them that the problems occurred after installation and, most importantly, give your correct email address so that they can contact you. 
 
 Hopefully they can take a look at your setup remotely and diagnose the problem.

Hello @ Sab CHARVET , , 
 Please remove the Termbase from the project. 
 Restart Studio and then add the TermBase back to the project and ensure this is enabled.
