Please remove the Termbase- close the project, reopen and then add the Termbase back to the project, ensuring this is enabled.

If you still require help, I'm sure my colleague will be able to assist further.

Thank you Steven, but my problem is that I can't even add the Termbase at the beginning. There seems to be something wrong with the Termbase file itself, as there is a small X sign shown on the relevant file icon. This sign does not appear on any other files.
