When trying to open a Star Transit package I receive above error message.
I have installed Studio 2017 on a new computer and now it does not work as on the previous computer.

Can you provide the full error stack please-as this should provide further information.
The error message may indicate that the installation did not complete properly.
When you say

-have you installed both Studio and the plugin from scratch, or was the previous disk image copied/cloned to the new machine?
