I have just installed Trados Studio 2019 with Windown 10 Pro.
Icons are too small. What should I do to make the size bigger?

Which icons are you referring to, please, and in what context? Are you also referring to the text labels?
A screenshot would be useful.
Use Notifications>Screen snip>Drag cursor to copy an area of your screen|>Place your cursor into your reply here>Ctrl+V
