If you click in the Notification pane tab

You should see the option (after downloading) of 'Install'.

If you don't, please let us know which browser you are using and whether you have full admin rights on the machine.

Thank you for the feedback

As you can see, the "downloading" button is greyed out but nothing happens (it's been on over 3 hours now and I have a 30Mb/s connection) it was also displaying "downloading" yesterday for a couple of hours

where CU7 doesn't show

My browser is Opera, but it always worked well for years and until CU6, and I am logged as administrator

Could you run the updater app "SdlUpdateClient.exe" from "C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Updates" and let us know of the results? (Just paste in the path to a File Explorer window as the location is hidden by default, directly browsing to it might not work)

Alternatively, you may download the installer manually from our KB article:  https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027380
If you scroll to the bottom of the page you should see detailed instructions.

I found and ran the exe file, download is done, install went smoothly...

On Studio opening I had "Method not found" error message and got rid of it by uninstalling the plugins following suggestion found on page https://community.sdl.com/search?q=Méthode%20introuvable%C2%A0:%20%27Void%20NLog.Logger.Error(System.Exception,%20System.String)%27.

Now it's all fine
