Can't open Trados 2017

Question

Hi there, 
 I need to confirm a project with a client urgently, but can't currently open Trados to check the files. The programme seems to be loading, but at the point where the interface would normally open, nothing appears. The Trados icon is highlighted on my taskbar as if it were open, but I can't see the interface at all. I've tried reinstalling but no luck. 
 
 When I hover over the icon, it was giving the description 'SDL Trados Studio - ST P14777' which is the last project I worked on in this programme. Does this help with the issue at all? 
 
 I since deleted the P14777 file from the Projects folder in my File Explorer, but am still unable to open Trados...

 I gave you a longer answer in the email you sent me... but now I see this screenshot I'm wondering if you don't just have this on a different screen and simply need to move it over?
