Does SDL Trados Studio 2019 take texts in non-editable diagrams into account for the word count analysis?

Question

Hello everyone, I'm having problem with word count in the analysis report. The word count from SDL Trados Studio 2019 is lesser than the actual word count. Could this be attributed to Trados not taking into account the texts in non-editable diagrams? If yes, would appreciate a work around to overcome this problem.

 Well... Trados won't take into account non-editable texts. But then neither will anything else! If the diagram isn't editable then the text is probably only readable by using OCR. 
 I think differences in wordcount probably come from somewhere else if you are comparing the wordcount between different types of software. This article may shed some light on it:
