The ribbon tabs are working fine for me in 2019 CU7.

Have you tried running a Windows repair via Control Panel>Programs and Features>Uninstall/Change...? 

If a Windows Repair of Studio 2019 doesn't work, if you click on the Save button in your Error dialog then post here the resulting error report file that gets saved to your desktop, it will help someone at SDL identify the fault and find a solution...

Hi, Alison. A simple Studio restart fixed the Ribbon issue. However, issue number 2 still takes place (in both computers) when trying to access Welcome (on the left hand side main menu), AND then the Ribbon is disabled again. Thanks.

I can't reproduce problem no. 2 either...

I suggested a Windows repair of Studio because if it didn't install correctly, that might fix it.

I have a problem, I can't sign in and have to admit that nothing I can do has fixed that, not repairing, resetting or reinstalling ;-) doesn't mean it won't help your issue though...

I found out that that issue 2 has to do with installed plug-ins. So, the solution is simply reinstalling some or all plug-ins. That worked for me.

However, the error persisted. To the point I could not even start Studio (in both computers). Upon investigating closely the issue I found out that the culprit might be (or it is, actually) a plug-in called "Menu Maker" appstore.sdl.com/.../.

In other words, this is not a SDL Trados Studio error but a plug-in error.
