i have more translation memories files , i want search for target segment in its files. i want if the target segment was found in the first TM file, trados will not search in other TM files or automated translation

Sounds as though you need this option which you'll find in File -> Options or Project Settings depending on where you wish to apply this rule:

when i test this solution, it show only one target segment but actually it search in other TM and automated translation.
