You might try to save the original as "doc" (what is that... Word 2003?), use this as source in Studio, have the TM fill in the translations (pre-translate), finalize, open document, save as Word 2019. If the document formatting is basic, this might well work. Converting down and up again can solve such problems - sometimes.

Many thanks, Daniel! It worked!

Only minor formatting adjustments, but much better that my attempt of copy-pasting the text from the document I had uploaded to OneDrive onto a new Word document, which although worked in principle, there was a lot of reformatting needed.
