How to add the locked segments into TM?

Question

Since our World Server only can export .wsxz format working files with part of online related TM but exclude ICE parts, we want to add the locked segments into TM using SDL Trados studio tool and Analyze the word count before translate it. 
 Could anyone help on this question? 
 Do let us know if any unclear!

 Perhaps the solution is to import the SDLXLIFF file and then run the analysis?
