Echec de l'enregistrement du contenu cible : fichier source introuvable

Hello,

I have managed to save my source file as an xliff file, and once the translation was finished I tried to save it by clicking Save the target as, but I got the following answer : Echec de l'enregistrement du contenu cible : fichier source introuvable.

What can I do ?

Thanks in advance.

  • There are probably a couple of reasons for this:

    1. the source file was too large and wasn't embedded into the SDLXLIFF.  If you have a copy of the source XLIFF then try putting it into the same folder as the source SDLXLIFF and try again, OR
    2. your security software (anti-virus for example) impacted Studio while working and corrupted the files in the temp folder so Studio can't find what it needs.  In this case two things to do.  First make sure you have correctly whitelisted Studio with your security software and then recreate your project from the original source files. Once you've done that replace the new SDLXLIFF with the one from your original project and see if this helps, OR
    3. You could also try simply opening the SDLXLIFF up as a single file project and you might be able to save the target from that.
