Can you share a small sample of this part of the source file?  Should be simple to do this and anonymize the text.

Hi Paul, although the tag of footnote 13 was missing in Studio. The target file was produced with no missing footnotes.

Does that tell you the reason? Was it based on a field value or something? Was it translated? Should it be translated?

The footnotes were translated. Sending the source file (Georgian versions). Note the for DOCfootnote 13 which was missing in the Studio view.

What version of Studio are you using?  Just in case I also saved this as a DOCX and then opened both files.  The 13th footnote was extracted correctly in both files:

Might be worth making sure you are up to date.  You are two cumulative updates behind.
