Will deleting TM segments in a project package be propagated to the clients master TM?

Question

I'm working with a project package in Studio 2019. When I delete an entry in the TM contained in this package, will this be propagated to the client's TM when I send him the return package? 
 Background: The client's TM contains 100% matches for teach of wo consecutive sentences that regularly appear in the projects I receive from them. The client locks 100% matches, I'm not paid to look at them. However, these two sentences need to be merged in order to make the translation fluent. The client's TM also contains a 100% match for the merged segments.

Hello Erik Freitag , 
 When you create a return package (sdlrpx) this contains only the translated SDLXLIFF files and not the TM. 
 Your client will update the project with the translated SDLXLIFF files.
