Hello Yves Lafontaine ,
I suspect that the TranslationMemoryReposistory.xml has become corrupted.
Please navigate to the following folder-
C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0
then scroll down to>TranslationMemoryRepository.xml
Right click and rename into TranslationMemoryRepository.xml_old
Now try to restart Studio.

Thanks a lot for this advice, Steven. I had exactly the same issue this morning, and renaming the file was the trick.
