After I translate and close a fuzzy match segment, how can I display again in the translation results the original fuzzy with the track changes so i can double check if I entered the changes correctly?

You could use the Advanced Display Filter to filter just on the Fuzzy matches-
Here is a simple example where I have Tracked Changes enabled-
