I received a revision of my translation and had to accept or not to accept the changes. After finishing the text, I saved it and opened the target file in Word. all the proposed changes appear. What to do in order to get a clean Word document? Thank you.

Sorry for the delay in replying - your post seems to have been overlooked (or been moved from a different forum).
If, all you want is a clean Word document, that doesn't show the Tracked Changes,
simply save the original with a slightly different name and the Tracked Changes will not show

if you want to clean-up track changes in a MS Word document to get a clean Word file, you can do it using the MS Word command and leaving the Studio document unchanged.
In Word, open your document and run the command:
Review > Accept > Accept All Changes (or something similar... I have Office 365 Italian version)
Then save again the clean MS Word file.
