I cannot view the subfolders in a package

Question

Hi everyone, I hope everyone is doing well. I was sent a package by a customer. I downloaded it and then double clicked the package in projects but the subfolders are not displayed. I have installed the latest update. the strange thing is the subfolders are in the folder on my desktop I cant find/view them in the package. Any ideas? I would appreciate any help you could give, thanks in advance

Hi Stephen Tighe 
 Do you have the 'Include subfolders' box ticked in your Files View? 
 
 It could have been reset by the installation of the update. In which case, go through all the other settings you usually customise via File > Options to check if they are still as you want them. 
 It's always good to go through the settings after a big update, to see if there have been any useful additions/changes.
