I have taken your source file and created a project 

So I'm wondering what is happening here for you.

Perhaps you could provide a couple of screenshots as you set up the project/project settings.

I was using a project template and got no error but the steps of the project creation were not in order.

You can see this on the screenshot.

However, I after used default project template the project was created without any problem.

Thanks for the update.

The issue then was due to a possible corrupt template.
