I upgraded to Studio 2021 today and I realized I was not able to open some packages my clients sent.
What do I have to do?

What type of packages? Perhaps they are Worldserver packages in which case the reason for this is you need to install the Worldserver compatibility pack from the apstore:
Open the appstore integration from the welcome view or via the shortcut and type Worldserver into the search:
