Can you confirm what version of Studio this is?

Also, when you say XLIFF do you mean SDLXLIFF, or XLIFF?

The answer is no.  You would need to do this using whatever tools you used to create the XLIFF from the original DOCX.

Unless of course you mean a bilingual DOCX for review?  In this case you can open the XLIFF in Studio and then "Export for Bilingual Review".

Unfortunately I needed only the target document, not the bilingual version. 

And I sense by your answer that there is an option to export an SDLxliff document under a Word format, if I am ever in that situation again, how can I save the target of the SDLxliff as a .docx ?

Only if the SDLXLIFF was created from a DOCX in the first place.  That's why I asked because if you have an XLIFF that was created from a DOCX we still can't recreate the DOCX.  We can only do this if the (SDL)XLIFF was created by us in the first place.

This is the same for any translation tool.
