We tried the TM repair but it didn't work... We're having the same issue with other TMs as well. I'm sorry I can't share the TM, as they're from the agency I work for.

I've also tried exporting them into .tmx files and re-importing them back into TMs, but when I do I get the same issue...

This is apparently a known issue, our ref: CRQ-19024.  A fix is planned for this in Studio 2021 CU2, but I don't know what the plan is for 2019 yet.

Still regarding this, we've tried it with Studio 2021 as well, but every time we batch delete, it deletes only some TUs matching the filter criteria (e.g. 180), and if I batch delete again, it deletes 180 more, and so on and so forth, and if we keep doing that it eventually manages to delete everything. However, before Studio 2017, it would delete all unwanted TUs at once (sometimes we need to delete 100K TUs or more for each TM). We've also tried it with different laptops, but had the same results).
