I cannot login to my account within Studio 2021, fully licensed, mainly to be able to access the App Store. The login screen remains empty and the Knowledgebase isn't useful either. Does anybody know how to solve this issue? Many thanks.

My licence is activated. I can access the Language Cloud in the browser (Chrome) but I cannot connect to the Language Cloud within the application (Trados Studio 2021).
When I click on "sign in", a window pops up but it is all white, without any content.
Please create a new thread and I'll log a support case for you. I can only do this for the original poster and their answer was already answered as you can see.
