No. You need to decide what to do with the changes etc. Then when you're happy you can run the "Update TM" batch task.

I don't really understand you here. When you save target you are generating the translated file in its native format. Where does import come into this action?

When I receive a review file from proofreader,
1- I will open the sdlxliff file
2- I will import the reviewed file
3- I will select Update main Translation Memories (to use the reviewed TM in future)

I don't think you need this second part. If you open it then you already have it in Studio and when you update the TM that updates the memory.
