I am trying to download SDL Trados Studio and SDL Multiterm through the academic partner program (I have been given an activation key from my lecturer) via the following link:

Unfortunately, I keep getting a warning with the text below every time I try to submit my details:

I've now re-downloaded the software and successfully reinstalled using a VPN connected to Hong Kong. (Perhaps there are some issues relating to accessing this page from Mainland China?)
However, I am still having issues in performing a successful update of Studio and Multiterm software. I will post details on my original thread detailing the update error: https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/studio/30807/studio-2019-update-error
