I have bought Trados Studio 2021 Professional, and want to test new Trados Live.

When I click on the small button on the top right in the Trados Studio Desktop named "Cloud Account", , a window will open with a link: "SDL Account", and by clicking this my Internet browser opens and took me to the page: 

https://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc/t/#####/dashboard

There are not any of my projects  in this page which exists in my Trados Studio Desktop. 

On the top of this page there is an other tab, named "Resources", when I click, it does not allow me access with this message:
You don`t have permission for this account.

After I click the ok button in the above message`s window, I will redirected to a page that usually appears for login and email and password, and this time it just wrote:
Something went wrong.
Please contact technical support

How can I work with SDL Live?
