Just recently I went to buy one of your products. I asked for a refund since your translation software does not translate images. I did activate the key but deactivated it after an hour or so after I found out you can't translate images on your software. Yesterday I emailed you, so I can get a reply to my refund and I have only heard back from you only once. The person said they will transfer me to the relevant team. Please can someone tell me if they ever refund your money or if someone had a similar experience and what they did to get their refund. I really don't want to pay money for this.
