Align Documents in Studio 2021 is broken and not allowing to work

Align Single Pair in Studio 2021 
 I could not get the Finish button to stay, it becomes greyed out as soon as I picked a TM 
 Side by side (Studio 2021 is on the right side)

I tried exact same steps in Studio 2019 on my laptop and I have no issue

I am surprised it works that way as it was not required in Trados 2019 to go to an additional step selecting the langage pair as this information is on the selected TM. So I did not notice that Next was available.

 I have tried this both in TM and Welcome views 
 
 Once you have selected the files for alignment, are you able to click NEXT 
 Then you should see the language pairs - and then Finish is available.
