Like the subject, I can't log in from Studio 2019 due to the error "The specified engine name is already used."
How can I fix this error?

Under product name drop-down menu, there's no appropriate name (Studio 2019). Which one should I select?

Sorry to jump on to the other one's issue but I got exactly the same error and cannot raise the case for the same reason. Can you please support my case too?

It appears the error here, is that you have multiple email addresses/accounts registered.
The correct account changes can then be made.
