As I am new to SDL, I am learning on the 2021 version. All the questions related to my issues I find are on the previous versions. Having said that, could anyone please help me with reports and analysis? It's all empty...
you have created a single file project as opposed to going through the project wizard. If you use the wizard you will get these reports created automatically.
If you use the single file projects you have to take additional actions to get a report. Go to Batch Tasks and select the type of report you want.

Thank you so much for your replies. here and on the other post. I went to batch tasks but it doesn't give any option. and how do I use the project wizard, please?
Maybe this will help... apologies for the sound quality. I have no idea what's wrong with my sound recording and can't find a way to improve it. But turn up your volume, make sure the youtube volume is also high and you will be able to hear it:
