Try a reset.  

Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio14.0.0.0

So the path would become this:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio14.0.0.0_old

If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders:

I did all you suggested, restarted the computer, but the problem is still the same.

I have done a little 'googling' on the original error (which I don't think I've come across before).

This seems to be a MS System error

I would suggest closing all open applications and then allow your AntiVirus software to run a full scan/repair.

If a file is being 'locked' somewhere- this tool might help-

Then run a full update on your machine (OS/Drivers etc)
