Dear colleagues,
It seems that SDL Studio does not at all want to have the reference in the prepared file, though they are not part of any locked conent and they are not hidden, they are just references. I tried to process locked content or embedded content, but in vain.
Can you please have a look and let me know what could be the cause?

Perhaps you just don't have access to them? They've been put there by an addin:
If you absolutely have to translate them then copy them, paste them as plain text. Then remove the field code.
