If you read the release notes you'll see this was removed.  It can be put back with an app:

Hi Paul,
I have read your article, installed those two components, but still can't open wsxz. The list of supported formats is a bit longer now but wsxz is still not listed there. What do you mean by "can be put back with an app"?

You install the apps I mentioned... perhaps you called these components and have already done it.  In this case check out the ribbon... WS is handled within a new product group in your ribbon.  Sorry... I'm on my phone and can't get you a screenshot right now.

Ah! I tried to find it on the 'Home' tab in the 'Welcome' view, but it is actually on the 'Home' tab in the 'Projects' view. Resolved. Thank you.
