Terminology Recognition not working since new installation

Hello!
I had to replace my laptop. Since the reinstallation of Studio 2019, the program no longer has a connection to the terminology database.
I've tried everything but haven't found a solution.
I am attaching two screenshots.
Maybe someone has an idea what else I could do.
