Dear all,

Since i got studio 2019, I keep on having problems. I can’t work normally, which makes me loose time and money.

To start with, the system said my license was expired without warning, while my initial license was unlimited. I have contacted you several times about it. It was then solved with the installation of studio 2019.  

Since then i constantly have error messages and two of my most important translate memories are damaged and corrupted. I tried to repair them with your SDL TM Repair tool but this does not work.

In summary : here are all the problems i have with your product. I kindly ask you to explain to me how this problem be resolved as soon as possible.

Translate memory corrupt, entire system does not work. Solution rename repository.

Translate memory corrupt, TM repair, Repaired memory is empty.

System without any reason, validates segments that are not even translated.

Error message : “Une erreur s’est produite lors de l’envoi de la demande”.

Error message “Cannot access the file, it is being used by another process.

“Bad gateway”

“Bad request”

“Memory locked”

“Server error”.

System does not want to close « failed to activate translation memory »

Database disk image is malformed

Database is corrupt.
