Trados 2021 freezes often. I also have a problem with switching the text languages and a fragment match window.

Question

It freezes up every 3 minutes and it doesn't allow me to switch the language input. It seems to be stuck with English input unless I save the project and try again. 
 Also, the fragment match window doesn't seem to be working properly. 
 When I click the red circled icon shown below, I used to be able to insert the fragment match into the segment. Now, I can't even click it anymore. Do you have any solution for this? 
 I tried uninstall/install already but it didn't solve this issue.

 Are you using any plugins? If so which ones? 
 Have you got verification of segments enabled in your File -> Options -> Editor -> Automation ? 
 Have you ensured your antivirus is whitelisting Studio and not interfering with it's operation (2021 is not 2019 or2017 so just because it was fine before does not mean it should be fine now)?
