I too do not have an activation code for the Trados 2021 upgrade from Trados 2019 that I paid for it today and have the order # I can give you. As I tried installing 2021 it removed 2019 from my computer and now I dont have any Trados to use and a very aggresive deadline on a project that is important to me. I need the activation code now. Also, I need to know that hours (preferrably in Pacific Time) that the support chat desk is open in case you refer me to them. Alan Woontner
