I think you will have used these with Trados 2007 and earlier, not Studio 2009.  The only way to convert these in Trados Studio 2021 is to download and install this application:

Or, convert them to TMX in the old Trados Workbench and then import them into your Trados Studio translation memory.

ok thank you very much I will try this. I do also have TMs in tmx files. I´m hoping I can recuperate some of my old resources to help with my re insertion into the translation biz

I have downloaded the package but I don't know where to find the app to actually use it: I don't see it in Studio and I dont see it anywhere when I look on my computer. How does this work once the package/app has been downloaded? What is the next step?
