Dear all,
we have experienced numerous sudden shutdowns of Studio 2019 on a computer on which Studio 2021 and 2019 are installed side by side.
Has anyone in this forum also made this experience? Hope that it is just a single occurrence on one computer.
Installations are Studio 2019 CU7 and Studio 2021 CU2. Computer info below.

I haven't seen this, and the two should be independent of each other (apart from the licensing connection). I suggest you raise this with support and perhaps they can identify a problem somewhere?

The solution was easy and we could find the mistake on our side. After installing Studio 2019 and 2021 side by side we installed a new Dymo label writer. There was an interference between Studio and Dymo driver as the Dymo driver installation was faulty. After reinstalling the Dymo driver things work fine in Studio, also in the "side by side installation".
