I tried to get the XML file as you suggested but Trados freezes and become no responsne when I click the save button. Are there any ways to save the XML file?

I watched when the error message appears for this 2 days and it seems the message appears for the first langue on that day. When I force-close the application and launch Trados again, the message didin't appear.

This part was wrong. The error appeared at the second launch as well. When I left the application without any operation for a while, the same message appeared. I couldn't get the XML file at this time as well.

This would suggest to me that there may be an issue with your security settings.

Please ensure that Studio/MultiTerm is added to your Antivirus 'exceptions list' - (and is updated to the last release)

If the issue persists, please repair/reset Studio-
