I get a straight Word file in the source language and am asked to put the translation above the source, one paragraph at a time.

Currently, I do the translation in Trados 2017 and copy and paste the translation into the Word file one segment at a time.

A less preferable solution, before resorting to the copy and paste method, was to copy all source segments to target segments and type my translation above the source. This is flawed because my TM contains both the translation and source for the translation.

Is there a quick and easy way to do this in Trados and create a bilingual Word file, but not like the bilingual Word file for review?
