There isn't a direct way to do this.  But I guess you can ensure some improvements by:

1. upgrading the TMs to take advantage of UpLift so you have fragment matching
2. make extensive use of terminology and regularly update your termbases
3. translate more and build your translation memories
4. consider using machine translation
5. make sure you have the appropriate options set:
