Can you elaborate a little and explain which shortcut you were trying to add, and also where (new menu group, in an existing group, just the quick access)?  I know you said quick access but I like to double check as things sometimes turn out to be more involved than first mentioned when there is no detail.

Hi Paul! Yes, I was just trying to add the Clear Filter button up in the top left-hand corner (where I have it in Studio 2019) so I don't have to open the Advanced Filter tab every time.

This is where I have it in 2019. Obviously, it's only visible in the Editor view.

But in 2021 it just never appears... Tried adding it 3 or 4 times.

Thank you... although now that I have actually tried it I can't add any at all!  Definitely looks like a bug.  I can't find an open bug for this so I'll pick this up with the team tomorrow and let you know the bug number when I have it.

Can you perhaps show a screenshot of what you are seeing please?

The first 5 listed are set and cannot be removed.

Perhaps resetting Windows Layout may help (View-Reset Windows Layout)

I have the same window as above. But every time I add something new... Nada. It doesn't appear on the Quick Access Toolbar and when I re-open the above window, it's gone again.

Sure. I've run a few experiments (including exiting Studio) and never get the same results. The screenshot reflects the current situation:

- I unchecked the SDL AppStore, it stays unchecked but the shortcut shows anyway.
- I checked the Undo/Redo options, clicked OK, then open again to find they were unchecked. In a previous experiment, they stayed checked and showed for a while, then disappeared.
- I tried to add other handy shortcuts (such as Save o Save target as), but they disappear from the list of added shortcuts.

EDIT: I see that I do have the Save shortcut now. In a previous attempt, both Save and Save target as appeared and then disappeared both. This time Save has survived - don't know why.
