When I click the link to the SDL Trados Studio 2021 installation guide at this site: oos.sdl.com/.../mydownloads.asp, a file with no extension is downloaded to my computer: https://docs.sdl.com/SDLTradosStudio2021/InstallGuide
How can I open this file? If it's an faulty link, where can I find the actual installation guide?
Just a guess... but what happens if you add a .pdf extension to the file?
