I thought this issue had been solved already. When working with 2019, it happened to me a couple of times, but I could manage to create the project with one of the suggestions I saw here.
But now, none of these works. Any suggestion?

I'm not aware of there being a problem here. Please can you provide some details around what you did, what you see etc. Screenshots would be helpful in base you leave something out of the description.

I created a local project, with the correct languages, added the files, etc., but when clicking Next I got the following error:
I tried all suggestions given in a similar post to this, to no avail.
That was indeed fixed for 2019. But there is apparently another reason for this occurring related to file size and the order in which the files are added. Did you get "'the process cannot access the file ..." before the second error you are showing?

Although the process is the same I follow when working with Studio. I drag the files on Studio, so the files are still kind of open in Explorer.
However, this error only shows once in a while
ok - it looks as though it's our reference CRQ-19749 which is scheduled for resolution in a future update. We have only seen this happen a couple of times so not common. The issue you mentioned in 2019 was common and occurred for a completely different reason.
A workaround might be to use the Projects View rather than the drag and drop. I actually prefer the Projects view anyway as it's faster! So try switching to the Projects View and use Ctrl+N or click on the icon in the ribbon to create a new project.
If that also causes the same problem then try adding a small text file to your project first, then add the two files you really want, finally creating the project.
If that fails, create your project with a small text file first, complete the project preparation and then add the two files you really want to the already prepared project.
But hopefully the use of Ctrl+N will work for you and make it easy.

Hi Paul, I am glad I found this response you posted regarding this problem, as well as the possible workaround. I'm working on a large translation right now, and as such was holding off on installing the latest version, even though I already purchased a license for it a while back. FWIW, this problem still occurred for me in Studio 2021 SR2. Luckily, the workaround you mentioned worked in my case as well.
