If you are talking about false positives for terminology, you could try out the tool checkTerm, developed by our partner Kaleidoscope. Using intelligent morphological technology, it provides a higher number of accurate results and less false positives when scanning your documents to verify terminology – see www.sdl.com/.../.  

With the release of Language Cloud terminology, SDL has also introduced the concept of a linguistic term search. When this search mode is activated, Studio will search text or terms which are similar to the search term, or which are a sub-part of it. For example, if you enter a derived word, linguistic search retrieves all the terms based on that word's stem (or root).

However this new concept hasn’t yet been implemented in the terminology QA checks, so for now, I would recommend checkTerm for that.
