Any ideas about how to solve the problem? May the package be corrupted?

It's good to tell us which version of Studio you have... it looks old from the logo... but I can't tell which one it is, maybe 2015?

ok... so same article but look for 2014 Worldserver related components... if you can't find them (I can't even recall if we supported WS back then) then run a repair on Studio from your windows control panel.
