Once complete, please restart your machine and start Studio.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion. What you suggested might be right, but I solved it another way. After searching google, I downloaded the missing DLL from a trusted site like here: https://dlldownloads.com/api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0-dll/ and put it into the installation directory, and rebooted the PC. It actually solved the problem. Also, I updated the Windows Updates too.
