Upgrade 2019 2021 fails

Question

Hi everyone! 
 I am trying to upgrade my license from Trados 2019 to 2021 but when I paste my license's code in the activation tab I get this message "Activation failed. Unable to connect to the remote server". The application is considered "reliable" by my antivirus Kaspersky and it doesn't block its connection. So I don't know how to proceed.

Hello Luisa Serra , 
 Are you still having an issue as i can see from your account that Studio 2021 is now active. 
 'Unable to connect to the remote server' generally means that an Internal Firewall is blocking the connection to our SDL Activation server.
