How can I update the main file from the extracted sdlxliff

Hi folks,
I have a 276000-word file, 98% translated. I translated the remaining 2%, then I filtered those 2% and generated an sdlxliff using the 'Generate' command of the Advanced Display Filter with a purpose to spellcheck my translation only. I tried simply filter my translated segments but Trados splellchecks all segments including those hidden by the filter.
Now that I have splellchecked the generated sdlxliff file, I want to update my main file from that generated sdlxliff. Is it possible?

 If you have the Pro version you "might" be able to use Perfect Match (I've never tested this to be honest but it may work). Otherwise you need to update a TM (you could create a new TM just for this if you wanted) and then pre-translate the original file.
